On May 13^th, 2026,  at the invitation of President Xi jinping of the People’s Republic of China, US president Donald Trump paid a state visit to China. From in-depth discussions to joint visits to the Temple of Heaven, from hosting a welcoming banquet to holding small-scale meetings… During the visit, the two heads of state jointly determined a new positioning for the constructive and strategic stable relationship between China and the United States. They reached important consensus on maintaining the stability of economic and trade relations, expanding practical cooperation in various fields, and properly addressing each other’s concerns. They also agreed to enhance communication and coordination on international and regional issues.
